For the price we paid, we got great value and a fantastic room. The location was perfect, right by the metro station and a mall across the street. The staff at Bassena were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved, it seemed a bit overpriced for what was actually served.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the metro station and a nearby mall with plenty of dining options. the room was well-designed and comfortable, with attention given to even the smallest details.
There could be better training for the staff in terms of working in the hotel industry, as they seemed lacking in experience. the procedure for checking whether guests had paid for breakfast was inconvenient, as guests were stopped at the entrance to the dining hall.

bassena wien donaustadt was even better this time in vienna. the staff were remarkable, the room was well positioned, and the breakfast was amazing. can't wait to stay there again!

We had a delightful stay at this upscale hotel. The location was perfect for us, just a minute's walk to the underground station and a short stroll to the Westfield mall. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could ask for, including a mini fridge and a coffee machine. The bathroom was also impressive, spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and always available to assist us. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small gym available for use, especially considering the reasonable price.
In short, we would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
